Did Ancient Man Have Technology?

Most people don not associate ancient man with advanced technological achievements.  But what we find is puzzling to evolutionists who believe that ancient man was primitive.  We know that some of these ancient people moved huge stones, built monumental structures, and organized complex cultures.

Consider these specific examples: the “Gateway to the Sun” monument in Mexico was carved out of a single block of volcanic rock that weighed 100 tons, and then it was moved and set in place. No one today really knows how they could have accomplished this.

Also consider a Roman temple in Lebanon—it stood on a single foundation stone that had been carefully placed, and it weighed 2000 tons! We wouldn’t dream of lifting such a weight today!

There are many more such examples that defy evolutionists’ pictures of primitive man slowly evolving and gaining intelligence!

But none of this would come as a surprise to those who get their answers from the book of Genesis—after all, the first man, Adam, was highly intelligent. Genesis says that his descendants were building cities and making musical instruments right from the start.

 
 
 

What Does Entropy Have To Do With the Bible And Refuting Compromise Regarding the Bible?

Many people may have heard of the Second Law of Thermodynamics.  It may sound technical, but actually, it is very easy to understand.

One of the laws scientists agree on is that everything left to itself tends to run downhill.  This is referred to as “entropy.”

Creationists often use this law as an argument against evolution.  You see, molecules-to-man evolution is an upward process.  It is the opposite of what we observe happening in this world.  Because of sin, now everything that is on its own, decays.

Some Christians say that even in creation, plants had to decay and Adam and Eve had to digest food.  Therefore they say things were decaying before sin, and therefore, it was not a perfect world in the Garden of Eden.

But the correct understanding from the Bible is that in a perfect world, there was controlled decay, which is necessary for life.  Because of sin, God no longer holds everything together perfectly, so now the decay is not perfectly controlled.  That is why everything, including our own bodies, now runs down and decays.

  
 

Are Evolutionist’s Theories Changing?

According to the widely accepted theory of the big bang, the universe is still expanding, and indeed it is doing just that.

But astronomers studying supernovas have found evidence that the expansion of the universe is actually accelerating, the opposite of what was predicted!  Evolutionary scientists admit that this could have enormous ramifications on theories of cosmic evolution.  They were hoping they had developed a theory of everything.  But once again, they are frustrated.

Have you ever noticed that evolutionists are so sure that they have the answers to how everything began, and that the Bible has to be wrong?  Yet every time a new discovery is made, it is the evolutionists who have to change their theories!  The only true thing about their evolutionary theories is that whatever they believe to be truth today, seems to change tomorrow!

But God’s Word NEVER changes.  It is NOT subject to modification every couple of years when a new discovery is made about the universe.  If you really want to have the absolute, unchanging account of everything, go to the book of Genesis, and while you are at it, the rest of the Bible.
